Marketing Specialist - New York

Oxford Economics, a leading independent economic research and advisory firm, is looking to hire a Marketing Specialist (Program Marketing Executive) focused on delivering marketing strategies suited for the Americas markets. This position will report to the Americas Marketing Manager and work closely with wider marketing team, regional sales team and regional economists, to support the growth of the subscription and consulting business locally, as well as providing marketing support for global marketing initiatives. They will require excellent communication skills and be well organised, carrying out end to end marketing tasks in a professional and efficient manner. This individual will work collaboratively across our global marketing team which includes Content Marketing, Product Marketing and Digital Excellence and PR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Americas Marketing Manager to implement regional marketing strategy, including developing and executing  multi-channel campaigns.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate leads, including email marketing, webinars, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Publish new reports and content on the regional website, ensuring timely promotion via social media and email marketing.
  • Create and manage Americas-focused webinars, collaborating with internal stakeholders for content and execution.
  • Produce and edit video and other creative assets for use across social platforms.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare reporting insights to inform future campaigns.
  • Provide support for marketing partnerships, sponsorships, and ad hoc regional projects.
  • Providing support on certain global marketing initiatives and campaigns. 

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  •  3-5 years of experience in marketing campaign execution, with a focus on digital and content marketing.
  • Experience of operating within the Americas region, especially the USA.
  • Strong copy writing skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Experience using MarTech tools, including:
  1. Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Pardot, Eloqua, or Marketo)
  2. Design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  3. Content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
  4. Video creation and editing software
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaign execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
